The name at the top of the leaderboard

Anish Prasad has topped the Australian Property Finance leaderboard for four consecutive months.

Each month APF finance specialists are ranked according to performance in four categories of referrals, lodgements, approvals and settlements, and points are awarded to the top five in each category and an overall leaderboard established.

He achieved a first for APF recently, writing 20 deals in one month.

We asked Anish what he thought shaped his success.

I always give my clients and the sales agents the very best experience possible, and this consistently leads to referrals.

I have a lot of experience to draw on, and I capitalise on any further experience I gain.

I am tenacious; and I try to never see problems, just solutions.

I don't confine my choice in lenders. At APF, brokers have approximately 35 lenders to get to know, and get to know very well.

What drives me to enjoy my job? To succeed?

Helping people and fulfilling people's goals and always being there for my clients. Even if I can't achieve what they need today, I set them on the right path and offer all types of financial assistance, not just property, for a lifetime.

Anish works with RE/MAX real estate teams based in Caboolture, Bribie Island and Burpengary markets. He is a contender for the Vow Financial 'Rising Star Award' to be announced at the 2015 national conference in Sun City, South Africa, this week. There are approximately 900 Vow brokers in Australia.
